A pair of twin brothers are taking the fitness industry by storm with their incredible bodies.

The Toth brothers Zoran and Goran were born in Croatia and now live in Acton, London. They are very successful personal fitness trainers and models in their home countries. Now the pair say they hope to "take the UK by storm".

The 27-year-old brothers, known in the fitness industry as the "Totti Brothers" for their incredible physiques, said: "In Croatia, it's hard for people to believe that all we do is spend 20 minutes a week working out. They said: "We are not exaggerating at all. We only exercise in the gym for 20 minutes once a week, including 5 minutes of high-intensity aerobic exercise, followed by 15 minutes of high-intensity weight training, and that's it."

Golan emphasized that this was the toughest 20 minutes they had ever endured, but it was very effective.
