7:00 Wake up: 5 grams of arginine

7:30 Breakfast: a large bowl of West Oatmeal + 4 egg whites + 1 egg yolk. Supplements: 2 scoops of Youneng Muscle Powder + 1 scoop of OP protein powder + 4 BCAA capsules + 1 Tribulus Terrestris Saponin + 1 HMB Capsules + VC335 mg

9:30: One banana + one small apple + one scoop of BSN six matrix protein

11:30 Lunch: 200g beef + broccoli + rice + carrot (radish beef rice) + VE400 units + one HMB

 14:00 100 grams of raisins + one scoop of champion protein powder

 15:00 A banana and a large glass of Nestlé milk

16:00 (before training): One scoop of Youneng muscle-building powder + 5 grams of creatine + 4 capsules of BCAA + VC335 mg

 (During training) 600ml water + 15g OP protein + 40g Kangbit fitness drink

(After training). 3 scoops of Youneng Muscle Powder + 1 scoop of OP protein + 5 grams of glutamine + 3 grams of creatine + 1 bag of milk + 30 grams of honey

 18:30 200g chicken or 200g fish + cauliflower + onion + tomato + rice (curry chicken rice or grilled fish rice) + 1 HMB + 1 Tribulus terrestris saponin

 20:30 A scoop of champion protein

 21:45 One scoop of BSN6 matrix protein + one bag of milk + two egg whites + 4 slices of oatmeal bread

 22:15 Sleep
