Lose 9kg in 2 weeks – changes in diet

★ Posted on 12-31,2024

In this issue, we don’t introduce the dietary changes to lose 9 kilograms in two weeks. In the next issue, we will introduce lifestyle changes and tips

1. Eat enough meals. While you may be tempted to skip breakfast or fast all day, you should resist the urge to do so. Prolonged fasting can lead to muscle loss and other health problems, while also making your weight loss efforts more difficult. When the body does not absorb enough nutrients, it automatically conserves calories by burning them at a slower rate. You may lose significant weight in the first few days, but in the last two weeks, you may gain a considerable amount of weight back.

2. Stay away from junk food. Stay away completely. Following a standard diet you can usually tolerate skipping junk food once or twice without suffering serious repercussions. But, even more extreme, in order to achieve short-term weight loss, junk food must be avoided entirely. Stay away from greasy and sugary foods.

3. Eat "negative calorie" foods. Whether there are truly negative calorie foods is left up for debate. Theoretically, some foods require so much energy to digest that eating those foods actually burns more calories than the food contains. Even if you don't burn calories eating these foods, you won't absorb any calories from them.

a. The way to eat vegetables is to eat asparagus, beetroot, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, peppers, cucumbers, garlic, mung beans, lettuce, onions, carrots, spinach, white radish and zucchini.

b. As for fruits, tend to be apples, blueberries, cantaloupe, cranberries, grapefruit, melon, lemons, oranges, tangerines, mangoes, papayas, peaches, pineapples, raspberries, strawberries, tomatoes, oranges and watermelons.
