Handstand push-up is a very important basic movement for street fitness. It reflects the relative strength of a person's shoulders (more front toe-in). Its status is almost equal to classic movements such as push-ups and pull-ups, but it is more difficult than other classic movements. Handstand push-ups require full body strength, while pull-ups only require sufficient upper body strength.
