Today I went to exercise and do chest exercises. I went on a business trip yesterday and I was so tanned. N people came up to me and asked me. Of course, they still have some envy:) And indeed, the skin is darker and the lines are better

Incline dumbbell bench press 45 lbs*12 55 lbs*8 55 lbs*8 55 lbs*6 45 lbs*12

Incline dumbbell fly 30 pounds*12 35 pounds*12 (2 groups) 30 pounds*12

Chest clamp 50 pounds*12 (4 groups)

Although I always do these movements, I still feel that there is a lot of stimulation every time I practice, so I don’t plan to change the arrangement of chest training exercises

Maybe I will practice memorizing something tomorrow.
