<li>24 oz whole milk</li>
<li>2 lbs raw, boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut up</li>
<li>2 hard-boiled egg whites, sliced</li>
<li>4 cups frozen spinach</li>
<li>2 cups cooked whole-wheat pasta</li>

<li>In a slow cooker, add onion, flour, salt, and milk, and mix thoroughly. Add chicken, eggs, and spinach. Cook on low for 5 to 8 hours.</li>
<li>Serve each helping over 1 cup of cooked whole-wheat pasta.</li>
