Reducing food intake must be based on ensuring nutritional balance

Ideally, you should have some protein, fat and some fiber on your plate every time you eat to ensure you feel full and satisfied.

This requires some planning. And it means saying goodbye to the habit of "mindlessly eating".

Even if you eat fruit as a snack because it is healthy, you will not feel satisfied because it does not have any protein or fat.
