My thoughts on supplements

My thoughts on supplements:

1. No matter what supplements you take, basic diet is the most important, otherwise you will be taking steroids in vain.

2. Don’t make myths about supplements. Many people who sell supplements lie to you. If you expect to become a superman as soon as you take supplements, you should just go to sleep.

3. Most supplements will make you dependent if used for a long time, and your levels will decline to varying degrees once you stop using them (such as creatine)

4. Blindly taking supplements is definitely harmful to the body
